Access is by invitation

kico.coach is not open registration. You apply, and an existing client's referral or a direct invitation gives you a single-use access code. A code works once and then does not work again.

Your licence

Coaching is sold as a licence for a fixed period. When it expires your account stays intact and your history remains readable — you lose the ability to log new work and to receive new plans, not the record of what you already did. Renewing restores access to everything.

Licences are not transferable.

What you agree to

  • To give accurate information about your health, and to update it when it changes.
  • To keep your login to yourself. Your plan is written for your body.
  • Not to redistribute training or nutrition plans. They are written for one person.

This is not medical advice

Your coach is a fitness professional, not a physician. Nothing in this application diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are taking medication, get clearance from a doctor before starting — and tell your coach what they said.

Stop and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, or pain that is sharp rather than muscular. No session is worth an injury.

You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether a prescribed exercise is safe for you on a given day.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and request erasure of your data — see the privacy policy. We may end the agreement for non-payment, for sharing access, or for abusive conduct toward the coach.

Unused licence time is refunded pro rata if we end the agreement, and not if you do.
